The Infor\u00adma\u00adti\u00adons\u00adtech\u00adnik\u00adzen\u00adtrum Bund<\/a> (ITZBund) is the central IT service provi\u00adder for the German federal adminis\u00adtra\u00adtion. The digita\u00adli\u00adsa\u00adtion of public adminis\u00adtra\u00adtion plays a pivotal role for the whole of Germany. The ITZBund has a politi\u00adcal mandate from the federal govern\u00adment to support the adminis\u00adtra\u00adtion with modern IT and prepare it for the digital future.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

In coope\u00adra\u00adtion with the ITZBund, pro et con was awarded the contract for stage 4 of the Online Access Act (Online\u00adzu\u00adgangs\u00adge\u00adsetz \u2013 OZG), inclu\u00adding the ZEBRA (Zentra\u00adli\u00adsie\u00adrung des Brennens unter Abfin\u00addung \u2013 centra\u00adli\u00adsa\u00adtion of distil\u00adling under compen\u00adsa\u00adtion payment) and BIBER (Berech\u00adnung der Bier- und Brannt\u00adwein\u00adsteuer \u2013 calcu\u00adla\u00adtion of tax on beer and spirits) proce\u00addu\u00adres, follo\u00adwing the successful imple\u00admen\u00adta\u00adtion of stage 3.<\/p>\n

Paving the way for this colla\u00adbo\u00adra\u00adtion was the successful reali\u00adsa\u00adtion of the BS2000-Migration for ITZBund<\/a> by pro et con.<\/p>\n

\"Schnapsbrennerei\"<\/p>\n

Requi\u00adre\u00adment: <\/strong>under the Online Access Act (Online\u00adzu\u00adgangs\u00adge\u00adsetz \u2013 OZG) of 14 August 2017, German public autho\u00adri\u00adties at federal, state and munici\u00adpal level are requi\u00adred to offer their services digitally via adminis\u00adtra\u00adtive portals. The goal is to fully digita\u00adlise public services inclu\u00adding the automa\u00adted retrie\u00adval of existing user regis\u00adtry verifications.<\/p>\n

Reali\u00adsa\u00adtion: <\/strong>in 2022, pro et con already successfully imple\u00admen\u00adted stage 3 by expan\u00adding the ZEBRA proce\u00addure to link to the adminis\u00adtra\u00adtive portal (for more infor\u00adma\u00adtion, see the ITZBund press release<\/a> and our news<\/a>). Since then, appli\u00adca\u00adti\u00adons for compen\u00adsa\u00adtion payments can be submit\u00adted online via the citizen and commer\u00adcial custo\u00admer portal, without the need of postal requests. The inter\u00adnal proces\u00adsing, however, initi\u00adally remained largely unchan\u00adged and thus requi\u00adres a high degree of manual effort. This is about to change in the fourth expan\u00adsion stage (OZG4).<\/p>\n

Result: <\/strong>once comple\u00adted, data from the citizen and commer\u00adcial custo\u00admer portal can be automa\u00adti\u00adcally trans\u00adfer\u00adred and proces\u00adsed. The OZG project is one of the federal government\u2019s largest digiti\u00adsa\u00adtion projects.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>
